Great location, very friendly staff, residential area, accessible from the old town (about 10 minutes walk), safe; in a word: EXCELLENT!!! Will surely return to Vilnius, and will be staying at the same place.

FRIENDLY STAFF BUT CONTACT (TWICE BY E-MAIL TO AMEND NOT RESPONDED TO) RANG EVENTUALLY AND RESOLVED BOOKING ISSUE. STAFF GOOD BUT ADMIN A BIT "RELAXED" DESPITE EASLIY BEING SOLVED IN END. LOCATION GOOD BUT SOME MIGHT BE INTIMIDATED BY THE APPROACH TO IT AFTER DARK. OVERALL STILL GOOD VALUE AND DECNT PLACE.

The staff is never at the reception, so don't expect too much service. Also they were very short when checking in. For the rest the hostel is ok, but nothing really special, but for this price, it's ok. The hostel is located close to the old town, but the location itself is not very nice (with rundown buildings).

There was an ice storm in Vilnius. The walk up to the hostel was covered in ice. No sanding was done. Even the steps into the hostel were covered in ice. Both mornings I had to call a taxi in order to get out. Not good. The person in charge of the proprty apparently didn't care about the guests.
