| When we got there there was no reservation for us. We where told that what they usually do (that information is available nowhere) is send their own confirmation once they get HI reservation requests and that they have been getting reservations for weeks but not answering because there are not available rooms. So there is no way to know if your reservation has been made.
Not only we couldn't stay there, but they didn't care and many other guests will have the same problem!!
I've been charged $12 for the deposit + booking fee and I want my money back!!! | ||

| I havent staid there!
I cancelled it, because it is too expencive the rate for a 5-bed dormitory.
I am waiting until today to get the advandced payed back!°! | ||
