| We were unsatisfied with the booking process on HiHostel.com. It seems like our reservation didn´t pass through because when we arrived at Che Lagarto, we didn´t have any reservation at our name. But the staff was very kind and they helped us finding another hostel nearby.

| THe guy at the front desk who greated us was very rude.
He told us our room number, didn't give us our key, and say someone upstairs will have the key (meaning a cleaning person). we went upstairs and couldn't find this "someone".
Our double room bed was the most uncomfortable bed that we slept on our whole trip.
We were woken up several times in the night because the window to our room was above reaching level and faced the centre of the building where the bar area is.
The only thing this hostel has going for it is it's location.
I'm quite surprised it is considered to be an HI hostel.... (166672) | |||
