| Very friendly and helpful staff, great location for walking to Niagara Falls. Door code to enter building was good, roomlocks were a bit rough, and this HI charges for breakfast and towels. Highly recommended | ||

| I found disappointing that I had to pay for towels. I've done a lot of HI hostels and this is the first time I had to pay for towels...
Other than that, very very nice property, conveniently located 5 min away from Falls and in front of the Aquarium. Super clean, trendy, pretty, decoration is nice, staff is charming and funny. Would go back and recommend it to anyone. | ||

| The rooms were too small for 4 people. the girls in the other room had their under garments hanging to dry in the room I was given. I think if rooms stay empty people should have the option of moving. the bathroom repeatedly had water on floor. I would say it wasn't that clean in the room or bathroom because of the people there. the women in the room would turn on light in the middle of the night repeatedly & the woman below me snored really loud. I got no sleep with earplugs & night mask. I read the email confirmation & saw that I was in co-ed dorm so didn't read the rest stating cash only. The man at the desk was very nice & used the square to take payment. He also helped with bus schedule. I came in the morning & the girl there was nice & let me leave my bag in a locked storage area. | ||

| Compared to the city hostels I've stayed at in Boston and Chicago, this facility is bare-bones. With that said, the staff is invested and really take care of the place and their guests. A nice hostel all around. | ||

| The staff was exceptionally friendly and the knowledge of the staff of the area was great. They recommended food and when to visit the falls, and what to visit. I will recommend them and will be back again to visit. | ||
