| The rooms are extremely small, they try to squeeze as much people in as possible. But the people were extremely nice and helpful and organized some fun events. The breakfast buffet was great and even included some fresh fruits! (233546) | |||

| All of the services above were very good, as usual, but there were many things that were not. When I got to my room, I found that someone else had taken the bed that I was assigned. When I went downstairs to report this and to ask if I had, indeed, been given the right bed, I was told that I should just take the bed above the one that I was assigned and that I would find everything there. But there were no sheets, no towel, no flip flops, and the reading lamp didn't work, so I had to keep the door open for light while I changed for bed and unpacked, not an optimal situation.
Things were much better when I stayed there again two days later, however. (233136) | |||

| The staff at HI Boston - are really helpful & good at their job - you can tell they work well together and there is good vibe in this hostel. This is an old building in American terms but is looked after well - can be a bit cold at night - lots of little bathrooms and extra female showers so I didn't have to wait at all to use the shower - also has a laundry room/TV room/breakfast & kitchen facilities - all are cleaned daily. | I really enjoied staying in HI-Boston. ^^ There was so clean and comfort. Forthermore location is wonderful. I could go on foot anywhere I want to go. There ware many colleges around there, so I felt so comfortable most of the time. Anyway It was wonderful time to stay in Boston. And I think It's thanks to HI-Boston. *^^* Hostel response: | |||

| Staff member who checked me in wasn't the most welcoming after a long flight, but generally staff were good from that point on. Great location, some of the bathrooms could do with a bit of work.
