Because of no airco during the day, we had a lot of mosquitos in our room during the night and day. The first time we met teh young boy, he was constantly on the cell phone and not payed attention to his costumers

It is a very nice hotel, cleanliness and comfort are very good. The volunteers from the hotel "apte" was very friendly with us and he make us a very nice trip in Bangkok during one day !!! thanks a lot! I will recomand your hotel to my friend.

This hostel is good value. The rooms are quite small ( boutique size) ask for a new wing room, which we had. Rooms look new, clean and modern. Large TV-screen very nice shower. Breakfast choice is superb. A la carte choice of 8 diffrent menus prepared freshley at the spot. The reception staff is very helpfull ( made us breakfast before we left in the middle of the night :) ) The kithchen staff english is not that good, but the reception will help in translating. Internet and library facilties good. Only 10 minute walk to the boat pier which is a pleasant (and cheap!) way to transport around the tourist attractions.

The dorm room is unbelievably hot-was advertised as having air conditioning but didn't have. Also a long walk from Khao San Road.

It was a very pleasant experience, the new wing was very comfortable and the staff were very helpful. I'm definitely staying at HI Bangkok the next time I visit Bangkok. Thank you HI hostels!
