| The website should indicate the distance from Zurich, as well of the cost. In other countries the S-bahn system is part of the city bus and the cost is less than CHF 3. I stay outside of major cities to save money, but when you factor in the cost of the train to Richterswil ( CHF 23.20 return) then it because the more expensive option. I did not expect to have to pay CHF 46.20 over and above the cost of the hostel to get to the hostel, travel back into Zurich to see the city, back to the hostel and then back to the train. Although the hostel is awesome, I would not return simply because the cost is prohibitive for someone on a tight budget. (219278) | |||

| Fabulous hostel, very friendly staff, brilliant location, amazing views, good regular transport to central Zurich, lovely surroundings and facilities such as volleyball, etc. Great place to be if you want to spend time on the lake as we did.
