All staff were very helpful and guided us properly in finding the proper bus routes and their timings and directions to the local super market. We hardly felt any language barrier since they all spoke English well. The ambience was very good and our family totally enjoyed the stay. Location could have been more often accessible to public transportation since we didn't have a car. Anyway, we just had to be a little bit more organized by following the bus schedules - so that was really not an issue.
