An electric kettle would have been very handy in the room, especially when we need a cup of tea early in the morning. We were very pleased with the friendliness of staff and helpful advice given. Thank you for a lovely week

This hostel have the great view and lovely house, but guests have to walk so far to be there. please inform in website about the detail of traveling from train station to the hostel. if guest don't want to walk they can get local bus to be there, even 2 minute.

Grindelwald is a wonderful Youth Hostel in a breathtaking location. Additional car parks would be an improvement

We found our room in the 'new' wing very comfortable and spacious. The receptionist was extremely helpful, there was no sign of any other staff! The location is convenient with spectacular views towards the north face of the Eiger.

Suggest that the hostel provides self-catering facilities. We were a family and had to share a 6-bed dormitory with a stranger.
