| Meals were not good tast. It was hard to me that visiters in the second floor have to go up with heavy baggage.

| Steep hill to climb to the hostel, but otherwise everything was great! Clean, new hostel, good food. We had the best view of the Matterhorn from our 4th floor window! And for 5 francs per person you can order great fondue. I highly recommend it. Thanks for everything. (216455) | |||

| A good hostel the food was nice but if I could afford to spend 16 francs on food a night why would I stay at a hostel - lack of kitchen facilities and compulsary half board mean that though there is value for what you pay - as a backpacker there are many things I would rather choose not to have to pay for so that I can afford to spend more time travelling (211787) | |||

| We were forced to pay for a dinner we did not want/eat, so value for money not very good. Staff flexible - found a way without extra trouble for me, when my (new) credit card did not work in the (old) machine. (201516) | |||
