Difficulty for taking our baggages ,because of the hostel is located at high level,it should be flat slope area on either one side of the stairs which is much easier taken them up/down.

You should improve the shower room.I didnt feel comfort.I looked like a cleaning lady. Meals are good taste.

Although the location is difficult to get there, but the staff is very friendly and comfortable. Next year I plan to stay it again...8)

This was excellent - we arrived after 9 pm, but the lady prepared food and helped to make us comfortable. What a lovely surprise when we woke up and could see the Matterhorn from our windows! I will always have fond memories of Zermatt HI!

We had a very nice view from our hostel room. We could see the matterhorn right from our window. The included dinner was a surprise since this was the only place it was included during our 10 day HI hostel stay in various cities. But the price per night was also a little higher I guess due to the included dinner. Good location overall.
