| It is the worst experience for my entire life. I got some unknown bed bugs bitten all over my arms, legs and body, over 150 places, and I went to the counter the next morning to seek for help on changing the room and medication, the girl at the counter only said" oh, it's mosquitos, because of the weather and maybe someone left the window open" Till the second morning I met the manager, she refunded the charge of 2 night staying for us, but still, we went to see the doctors all by ourselves, and the manager kept saying "it will be fine in 2-3 days." Actually it's not, cause when we see the doctor, the doc told us the mark won't go away in 3 months, and it's getting itchy and itchy, cause the dot said the bugs poison actually will hurt our immune system, and it won't go away easily. I believe this will not only happen in 2-3 years a time, cause the cleanliness and service in this hostel is really poor. (229123) | |||

| The staff in the main were generally, friendly, smiley and helpful. Unfortunately, there was one member of staff, Andrea, who was rude, unhelpful and NOT smiley. I felt she was not in the right job. She would be better suited where she does not meet the public. (222279) | |||
