| staff spent most of their time talking on the phone and never volunteered any info or help. It was like dealing with a large government bureaucracy. Still location was suburb and hostel was clean. | ||

| This was an excellent hostel with good size rooms and common room area. I had evening meal and that ws very good value. There is an outdoor pool as well which was a bonus. The lady at reception was helpful and kind. The hostel is in an old castle with great views.It was ideal for a solo traveller wanting piece and quiet rather than a party! | ||

| Staffs did not wear any smiles on their faces, it's never possible to find with a map, wi-fi network does not even work in the common area on ground floor, has the very opposite of social atmosphere. Too bad I didn't get to enjoy Toledo as much as I could've in case I had chosen to stay at another place. | ||
