Staff was friendly, efficient, and very helpful. Hostel was clean and well maintained. Location was easy to reach from Sants station which was a very central location for planning further travel in the region. It was a great place to stay. My only criticism, as with many hostels I have stayed in, is that it would have been nice to have at least one room with comfortable chairs (sofas/lounge...rather than the utilitarian metal chairs provided) where one can take a break from the city and just sit with people or a book. While one can do this in a bunk, it isn't ideal.

I found Iris , front desk extremely helpfu ! .Location good,clean,safe.Breakfast was decent.Pillow was too small for me,so I got 2 , internet went down for 2 days but was fixed.I will stay again,and I am Joe,55 Y.O.Male from Oregon USA.

The included breakfast was too little, althought you could have had as much toast as you wanted, it was not really forfilling.

security is lacking. our bag was stolen from the hostel from internet table where we were doing e mail.police was most uncooperative and did not come for investigation for two days. but the staff was very helpful it contained money, credit card and passport

We were booked as a family in june for a july stay only to to be told on check in that we could not be accommodated due to a same sex policy of the hostel. The second night we then found people of the opposite sex in our dorm room. Unhappy about not getting the same answer from staff, or willingness to accomodate us for at least the second night of our stay as a family. Most expensive hostel in 42 days in europe and the most unsatisfactory.
