It may be a good place for groups but travelling alone I felt quite lonely - especially in that huge dining room designed to feed (appr.) 200 people at the same time. A n d it is quite far from the center.

a bit hard to find coming from the motorway, but to have a room on my own was nice

I met four staffs in all, and ALL of them were so easy-going and friendly. They know their way around Granada and responded to my needs swiftly. The shower head may need some repairs though, but it is real value for money, as I was in a two-person bedroom. Great roommates! Keep up the fabulous work!!

lovely hostel. But didn't have the internet and was on the out skirts of town.

A good place to stay and near the station but the associated complex looks derelict. Inside the hostal is excellent but the surrounds are depressing. What a contrast with Almeria which has similar facilities for young people nearby all efficient and in active use.

We canceled our trip because my mother was very ill and meanwhile passed away.

We were only here very briefly to sleep only so difficult to assess every aspect of the hostel. It was very clean and comfortable, the staff were helpful but somewhat reserved and not overly welcoming. We were offered a picnic breakfast if early breakfast required (presumable for ones like us who left very early to queue for Alhambra tickets!)

Noisy with school groups who won't quieten down or get out of bathrooms. Never enough mirrors in hostels so students stand in front of mirrors for hours getting ready for a night out. Waited 4 hours to get a shower. All it needs is mirrors!

Had people making noise in the room corridor, until 3 or 4 a.m.
