|It was really good to stay there.
Thank you all|
|We were unlucky with the room (room 2), too narrow, too close to the reception (where people were talking during the night time, had twice to ask for peace at 4' o clock in the morning; the heating was on constantly and could not be switched off, the road outside the windows was one of the noisier, most trafficked and most polluted in Krakow, during all night long). The staffs were in general friendly. You may survive the place for the price. They do their best.|
|They have the thinnest towels I've ever seen. It can't be that expensive to buy better quality towels. They could even charge a mnimal fee for renting them. I would've been happy to pay a rental for a nice towel.|
|Wifi is not fantastic, only one out of several connection points worked. Walls very thin so any noises in hostel or outside are easily heard. Place looks a bit run down with marks on walls stained carpet and things not fitting as they should. Laundry service expensive (55pln) for a small bag. Own bathroom is a big plus and kitchen is ok.|
|The staff were super-cheerful & helpful! Breakfast was much more food than I expected: bread, cheese, tomatoes, sausage, yogurt, coffee, tea, and a beautiful view of the morning sun on the street and park out the window.
The staff allowed me to leave my luggage during the day, and pick it up in the evening just before my train left Krakow. They have a staff closest with a shelf to store folks luggage - super convenient, but the closet isn't locked, so don't be silly and leave valuables there. That said, it was great to have a place for my stuff during my last day in Krakow.
Tip: Krakow's tram and bus system has unlimited ride passes for 24, 48, and 72 hours, so if you want a cheap, easy way to get around, that's it! This hostel is right beside a major tram/bus junction.|
