The area is not very central and the staff are not very good at speaking English. We asked for help to get to Auschwitz, and they told us they didn't know how to help us!

Location was a problem as directions given on website were extremely poor and couldn't have found hostel without the help of several locals. Hostel decent, not full at all so had a twin room to myself! Reception on 3rd floor so difficult if you have heavy bags. Internet access good.

This hostel was in a ridculous location for people travelling on public transport. There needs to be more advertising over the fact that they only accept cash payments. The hostel opened very late at 5pm, in an area with nothing to do in if you were early. The staff were slow at checking us all in, and spoke poor to no english, a first for us in hostels. We had a room to ourselves (which was nice) but the beds were uncomfortable and didnt even really use a mattress. The bathroom was unusuall laid out, meaning you have to undress at the opposite side of the room to the showers, and then walk past a row of mirrors, which wasnt very pleasant.

Very noisy when I visited. There were school kids running around screaming in the corridors well after 11 pm. And no one seemed to care about it. Otherwise a godd hostel, a bit far away from the city though.

Language can be a problem.. Find the hostels location by daylight !

i enjoyed the stay in the hostel. Quiet , clean and comfortable environment appealed to me most.I just didn't like the fact that i have to be out of the hostel at 10am and be back at 5pm.It was a great inconvenience.
