We were travelling off season (October) and arrived at 18.00pm the latest time for booking in. It was not until after we had booked in that we found that we had no access to communal kitchen facilities as the doors to the kitchen and dining area were locked. The same applied in the morning and no breakfast was included in the price. The hostel was situated in an excellent place for exploring the town. Other than booking in we did not see the staff.

The hostel is downtown and very useful to visit the city. Maybe the buiding should need some restructuring, mainly in the kitchen and in the breackfast area.

The stay was wonderful, though there were several small but annoying things like 1) a constant lack of soap in the restroom and 2) absence of hooks and screen (curtain) in the shower. However, the personnel was very friendly and eager to help!

The stuff is very nice and helpful. The bathroom is somehow not very clean, or maybe very clean but a bit too old.

we booked a triple bed room, but in reality there just were two beds in the room, one bed had the size of 1,2m but this i think is not what you expect of a triple room and for that it was too expensive; one of the blankets in the room was a bit stinky, so i used my sleeping bag instead of the blanket; staff was very friendly, breakfast was very good;
