My only concern with this hostel was the lack of lockers in the room to leave your personal belongings. Open shelves do not provide any security! Only minor issue was the sometimes late start of breakfast! Great location, just as easy to walk to either Den Haag Holland Spoor or Den Haag Centraal. Then there was the excellent tram system just out side. Would stay again!

I lost my travel kit, which included toothbrush and others, while staying in your place.

This was the worst stay OK hostel ive stayed in. Cranky old guy (I'm 54) at reception. Lousy breakfast (included) even the coffee was lousy. Juice aws really wierd and dilute, god knows what it was... Bread was stale and cheese was dried out and curled on the edges- old.... Bathrooms and dorms and common areas very unkept, dirty. Shower has no door so water gets everywhere X 10 people....no hooks so stuff falls on floor unnecessarily...The whole place was unnecessarily unpleasant.

The A'dam HI near Studio K was AMAZING.and well-managed(500 Capacity) so DenHaag was smaller and seemed busier, but then weekends are commonly busy. The difficulty with PLANNED meeting with an USA lawyer, earned a positioned, and fear of missing her due to FRUSTRATING phone system...was only hang-up. Admit, since my hostel leadership in 1952 PREDATES any 'expectation' of service, and the proximity of Schevening would stress out any staff..yes, there were familieis(always nice to have) and the brand-new student of a sch.there(Regina)compensated for any lack of help with the DUMB phone...and we 3 had wonderful sharing at Schevening(GREATLY changed since I visited in 1953)....Ck.out was easy&courteous

It's the hostel I paid the most for during my trip (one month) and not the nicest. I was disappointed.

Very close to Holland Spoor station. Friendly staff. Would be nice to have lockers in rooms.
