directions to the hotel on the website werechanged and I was not notified, which failure caused me a great deal of grief No toilet paper was provided The late night clerk did not answer the telephone call I had to pressure the late night clerk to provide me with a top sheet. The late night clerk wanted me to settle in a room with four or five others that I would have disturbed Hot water for a shower was provided only in the mornings and only after a separate charge. Instead of cleaning and drying a section of the outdoor eating area he wet down the entire area causing an extremely dangerous The late night clerk was extremely tardy in answering the night door bell. The late night clerk was extremely rude The included breakfast was too skimpy. The hostel price is currently too low. Location is "Fair" because a taxi must be taken after dark because the neighborhood is very unsafe.

Really nice place to stay. Very clean and helpful staff.

It is a good place, the only problem is that it is far from the action in the Medina, though and advantage is that CTM bus station is a block away, which is very convinient if planning to do early trips outta the city

mites in bed, mosquitoes in room, no signposts for direction, main gate locked up in the afternoon, management doesn't want you to use their electricity, they don't allow you to wash your clothes, no hot shower, and above all, no toilet paper!

There are no fans, sockets in rooms. No sheets provided to cover the beds. In toilets, there is no toilet paper. For the first night, we haven't got a key for our room. The host often reminded us not to use a lot of water and electricity.

Even though the hostel is not very close to the medina, it is to the train station and not really far from where the action is. Moreover the fact of being a little far from the medina was kind of nice because I was able to relax some time and rest concerning sellers, motorcicles, and in general movement related to the life of this city. In summary, I would recommend stay in this hostel. The staff is very friendly and Im sure you wont regret about this.
