Separate charge for hot water for a shower and advailable only in the mornings. Toilet paper not provided. Breakfast very skimpy. Shower and wash-up areas for the men (maybe the respective areas for women, too) very run down and partially inoperative. The price should be increased to make improvements. (233766)

The staff was very friendly, although they didn't understand when I asked if I could stay 2 more nights. They checked their books and said the room was available, and then after the first extra night they told me to leave because they needed the room. I had about 10 minutes to pack up all my stuff and then find another place to stay. The toilet in my room had a seat that wasn't attached properly, so you had to be careful how you sat, and it would have been nice to have a window in the room. (232678)

Rooms were not clean. Linens were dirty. We booked 2 nights, stayed only 1. They also didn't haven an official reservation on my name (tough I booked online), and still charged me for 2 nights. (232617)

We had 3 adults in our party but there was not a family room available to book but when we got to the hostel one of the rooms that we were given was a family room (205959)

Incredibly dirty the showers and toilets were disgusting stuff growing all through it. The bathrooms stunk and could be smelt all through the place.Also had puddles of hopefully water in the toilets with no toilet paper at all. You had to walk with shoes the whole time due to it having dirt all through it. Breakfast was ok having the water for sale there was a definate plus. Bedroom was cooler then expected but noise really travelled in the place. (212699)
