| Hot water systems in showers rarely worked (but the climate was hot anyway so it wasn't too much of a shock!). Lockers in rooms in a bit of disrepair - one door fell off when I tried to open it...needless to say I didn't use that one. Could have done with supplying toilet paper in the bathrooms.
Other than that, a very affordable and decent place to stay with really, really friendly staff and management. (233035) | |||

| This was first stay in Nairobi hostel. The staff and service was excellent. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room and, particularly the toilets, which I had to flush several times to remove the waste of others.
I stopped at the same hostel the week later and there were vast improvements. The room was clean, there was fresh bedding. Though the toilets were in need of overhaul, they were clean and tidy. Overall a much better stay.
