Giordano, who seemed to be managing the hostel, was extremely hostile. As a travelIer, I found this very disconcerting

Not bad but too far. Breakfast is not bad for the hostel.... yogurt.... cappuccino was almost authentic.

Just needs some basic utensils and dishes for people to use. Use of a kitchen would even br better.

Friendly staff, not too far from the Metro... but far from the city center. GREAT breakfast.

It's a very nice hostel. On the edge of town, but with easy to use bus services almost to the door. Advertises as 24 hours, but closes (ie wants to throw you out of the hostel) between 10am and 2pm on Sundays (for a thourough clean of the hostel). There is no kitchen available for you to use, but a fridge and a small microwave. Very nice terrace on the roof of the hostel. I enjoyed staying there and would go again.

The first day I arrived, I waited for 2 hours for check-in. The whole period I stayed in, not just me, all my roommates are talking: are the receptionists sick? Why they always give us an angry look? Very few words, not smiling at all, not helpful. But I should also say, it really depends on the person. The last day when I check out, the gay was really friendly and helpful.

lovely hostel, clean and comfortable with ample common room and great roof terrace. bergamo well worth a trip

A little bit far away from the city centre but the location is however sweet. Only one electric socket in the bathroom for the whole room is noty enough.
