Bit far out of Waterford at Tramore but great for us with a car so long as you know it isn't in Waterford. Lovely beach location, heaps of parking and everything else makes it worth while staying - wonderful!

Misleading, name of hostel should indicate that it is located in Tramore, not Waterford. Amazing location! Very close to beach and amusement park. Wish we could have stayed another night! Odd mix of people in the dorm, it would be nice if an effort was made to put the "young ones" in one dorm and the "older ones" in another dorm, just for comfort and noise levels.

Location in Tramore, close to the sea which was good for a long walk along the beach.

Bathroom downstairs didn't work properly and the water ran cold. Also had some difficulty with opening and closing bedroom door.

Owner/staff would not honor HI policy for rescheduling. This hostel requires 48 hours for a change of plans, instead of the 24 hours printed on our confirmation. After some discussion, they gave us half of our money back. I recognize their position, but would not stay at this hostel again.
