| Staff was awesome and let us check in a bit early.
Regarding security... At least one time during the open (unlocked) hours, a gaunt man stalked in from the park next to the hostel, went through all the kitchens "free" bins, and left. That was a little suspicious. We probably should have told the staff. (233611) | |||

| The staffs are really helpful and friendly. Remember to note down the time for the bus. Otherwise, need to wait very long time to catch the bus outside. So lucky that i can chase the northern nights. It is amazing and unforgettable night for me. (231428) | |||

| Staff were excellent, Vala gave us some great advice and we planned our trip based on her recommendations. The hostel was extremely clean and very well run, and we will stay here next time we visit. We came with our six year old son were happy that it felt so safe..... many thanks for the great stay . | Took our 8 yr old grandson and he really enjoyed meeting people from all over the world and hearing new languages! Lots of friendly people, lovely place to stay while in Iceland! Love the barbeque grills for salmon and lambchops, kitchen facilities "green recycling" and has everything you need to cook your own food. Geothermal pool next store to hostel and food store walking distance. Parking for car terrrific,too. (231087) | |||

| i had a problem because I booked a room 4 weeks in advance and when i arrived, they told me it was cancelled without any reason, and I was never payed back... which was a bit disappointing. But otherwise, very good stay! (227875) | |||
