| The location of the hostel was relatively easy to find. It is 10-15 minutes walk from the nearest metro station, Beixinjing. Not very close to the city centre but not very far either. Taxi ride to the bund costs around 40RMB.
Staffs do speak good English. They were helpful and friendly. Check in was quite efficient.
Facilities are as good as most HI hostels. (e.g. laundry, etc).
Room was very clean with toilet attached. Price was affordable.
Overall it was a nice experience with good value for money. | ||

| Easy to find. Convenient location. Clean comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Can't complain at all for the price.
One thing to note: There is NO Luggage store after check out. This is listed on the facilities page but is not available! Made my last day in Shanghai a bit worthless as had to lug a huge case with me! | ||

| great location, very close to Hongqiao Train station and on the green metro (line 2) which takes you through the city and between both airports. Easy to find. clean enough, plastic cups in bedroom were a bit weird for drinking hot drinks ( China I guess). Staff really friendly, communicating inEnglish was no problem. | ||

| Was nice. The social area is a bit small however. But the staff were very friendly, and very helpful. I got a room to myself, which was a very good size, and very cheap by British standards, but alas the air-conditioner did not work. | ||
