| Staff are friendly and helpful. Great location for people boarding a river cruise (like me) and also not too far from some of the central shopping areas.
The bunkbed I had was fairly old and creaky/wobbly but I slept well and the room was clean - as were the showers/toilets.
However watch out if you arrive after dark as I did. I decided to walk from the subway, as suggested by the staff. Although it's a fine walk to do during the day, at night it is absolutely pitch black, going down a sort of alleyway/side street with lots of (I mean lots of!) uneven stone steps. Which was fairly unpleasant with a heavy case when I couldn't see where I was going. And I managed to get lost as well! So yeh, a taxi might be a safer option! Especially for solo travellers like myself. | ||

| Very helpful staff especially the male who helped with my laundry and planned my trip to Woolong cave in great details. Location good but have to go through dark stairs and plenty of climbing as Chongqing is on the mountain.Also wifi in room is bad.
