IT was really interesting to have visited the Youth Hostel at Corfu. The Hostle is more being recognised as the pink palace. The signs of youth Hostle should be more prominent. I wish all the best to the hi hostle.

Great value for money, friendly staff and good location. Major criticism would be the sense that staff were often trying to underhandedly trick you into spending more and revealing hidden charges. This left me feeling 'on my guard' on holiday, which detracted from the experience.

Both nights we stayed we were kept awake by music playing extremely loudly in the bar. When we approached the bar staff/person on duty at 4:30 am, asking them to please respect the other guests that were sleeping, their answer was rude. The double room was neat and had a good view from the balcony. Although this is an affiliated HI hostel, this is more of a youth resort and does not give the backpackers the opportunity to prepare their own meals and does not have the flexibility like most other HI hostels. Its is therefore more suited for those in their late teens who are seeking a pre-arranged party experience and not for more mature backpackers/families.

This is a party hostel for those who want to drink and hook up with other brain-dead young people. It is isolated and not a way to get an authentic Greek experience.

WARNING- this party hostel makes it seem like everything is included, until you get there and they charge you for every little thing. The ride there is free but you need to pay for the ride out, and the place is very isolated. 5% charge on every credit card swipe. 2 Euros for 30 minutes of internet. Overpriced bad food and drinks. Please read the fine print before booking this hostel.

One of the best hostels I ever stayed at. The view from our balcony was picture-perfect, the breakfast and dinner were great and the staff is just lovely. There's a beach near but we didn't like it too much so we took a bus to Corfu town and then to Paleokastritsa, where the beaches and the water are just superb.

Lo unico que no me gusto de este hostel es que te retienen el pasaporte cuando llegas y te lo devuelven cuando te vas, nunca me habia pasado, y la verdad no es lindo confiarle a un extraño el unico documento que uno tiene cuando esta en el exterior y mucho menos si esa persona te recibe con un trago en la mano.

it was bad because meny yang people who drunk very much and somebady take off clothes!! And when I check out and go to airport in the morning,the staff demand me more money for pick-up bus. When I check in,they didn't say that I shoud pay more money. And the staff who see me off at the airport did drunk and come too late. plus,they didn't make an apology and drunk again.. So,I felt too bad!!
