Thank you to Richard at the front desk for being so friendly ... and Ivan from Spain. The 24 hr Internet access was great too, but no smoking should be allowed in the building

The staff couldn't have been nicer...but the neighborhood was frankly scary! It was nice to be able to walk to the sights...but the walk was not the nicest walk to make!

Any breakfast service would be great (even small one) for the price. Internet is not easy to use (poor computers, low connection) and sometimes waiting queue is long. However hosting staff is competent, really nice and helpful. Thanks to them.

Hostel response:
Its a good point yopu make about the breakfast - but the website does make it clear that breakfast is not included. The problem with giving free internet access is that people sometimes take longer than they would if we charged. Its a no-win situation. Thanks for your nice comments about the staff :)

In my opinion this hostel shouldn't be a member of the hostelling international, the room was very dirty (we even found syringes with the needles),the beds had only one sheet, only one shower for that floor was working, the water was cold, the hall where our room was situated was used as a storage room and the bar was closed all the times we passed by.

Fulvio - I am sorry indeed that there was a problem with your booking. I assure you we do our very best to keep bookings, but with some 20 to 30 bookings a day in the summer (almost 1000 a month ) "sometimes" only there is a problem. This of course is very irritating for the person invloved. Apologies to you.

Turned air conditioning off in morning bad, bar downstairs not open as advertised, booked a 3 person room and were asked if 2 of us would like to share a double bed.
