| What this hostel lacked in comfort etc was more than made up by the helpfulness and quick thinking of the staff on our behalf. We intended to use the metro to get to the airport to find there was a strike on the metro the member of staff (N) suggested we get a taxi to the bus station when the taxi driver arrived N discovered that political demonstrations were creating traffic chaos, so we couldn't rely on the buses, on our behalf he negociated with the taxi driver a fare to the airport directly and all was well. Hostel staff were always willing to help us and we thank them. | ||

| El hostal es bueno y el personal que trabaja ahí es muy amable te orientan como ir a los lugares y son muy cordiales, además hay servicio gratuito de internet las 24 hrs. me gustó mucho pues puedes llegar a los lugares mas importantes sin usar el metro. | ||

| The location of this hostel is not good. From my bedroom window I could see prostitutes being picked up by men. I was surprised at it being an approved HI hostel.
While it said breakfast was available, it's not.
The TV in my room did not work.
There was internet computer available free. | ||
