No free internet connection. No wireless. Unfriendly and dull staff. A lot of school groups, which meant running and screaming teenagers in the corridor.

1 of the best,suits every1. when celtic possibbly play st.pauli next year, i recomend you book hear, fantastic veiw of the sea-port. 10min walk to st.pauli stadium...

1. The closets in shared room are noisy when being opened! I can't fall asleep at all 2. Staff at reception kept me waiting and waiting. Also took me long time when filling in forms and doing other procedures. We were tired and wanna check-in asap!

Kitchen for visitors pleased me very much. View from the hostel is beautiful. Location is good at the side of nearby the station, but there are a lot of stairs.

Excellent location and facilities. Friendly staff, has a nice bar for drinks, offer good view of Hamburg harbour, right next to U bahn station.

The guy at reception was nice, but the short blonde lady was extremely rude. i asked for any tours or things to do in the city and she responded that there was nothing. i would not stay at this hostel again. there were kids running up and down the stairwell all night. the beds were comfy and the location was good but that was it.
