Its excellent place like any other star hotels, compared to Paris, and other venice, Boston etc. Its comfortable and good sumtious breakfast. I want to indicate on one point that internet is expensive. I could not communicate with my family as there were no phones and reception refused to use their phones. All other things were perfect Thanks Ravi

a very large modem hostel with excellent facilites within walking distance of the city center, bus stop outside the hostel and good transport links, a nice place to stop with ensuite facilites, freindly happy staff, would go there again

I´ll never be back to your place. A few months ago I personaly reserved 2 double rooms and when I got to the hostels a person from your staff call Darcy was very antiphatic and rude and gave us a 6 place room and not even an I´m sorry for that. Very unprofessional.

Unlike most youth hostels, I managed to get a good nights sleep here! The hostel was quiet and clean. It just added to the wonderful time I had in Dusseldorf!!

Staff is unapologetic about mistakes. When you book your room the website does not tell that it is more expensive if you don't have the membership card.
