Only 10 miuntes walk from Rijeka town centre. The rooms are clean, the internet cheap and a good breakfast to go with the price.

A really modern, clean and appealing hostel. It's all co-ed so don't be surprised if you end up in a room with 7 girls like I did. (I'm not kidding).

A 20 minute walk from the centre, which makes it difficult if you are travelling with big bags. But good value for money, tidy rooms, decent facilities, and if you're only staying in Rijeka one or two nights, a decent base. Breakfast was nothing special.

It was a great hostel! The rooms were clean and spatious, the staff was really friendly and helpfull. Great place! But maybe the breakfast was a bite too early... they could make it from 8am till 9.30 am maybe?!

Follow the directions from the HI website, some guidebooks incorrectly identify the hostel as being near the port/bus/train station areas. Bus 2 drops you off directly in front of the hostel. I found it in a central location between the man downtown and a growing suburban area with beaches and a large, modern mall with a cinema and large grocery. Easy 10-15 minute walk in either direction.

I liked this hostel – it's just been renovated in a really nice old building. The staff were very helpful, the place had a relaxed vibe, and the breakfast was good. The only down side is that its a 15 minute walk from the centre of Rijeka, but even that isn't really a problem.
