NEGATIF POINT They force us to buy a membership card to stay in the hostel, €15,00. If you don't buy you don't stay. I already stayed in other hostels where you do not need the membership card to stay.

Belíssimo albergue, limpo, silencioso, ninguém fuma lá dentro, funcionários bem educados e prestativos, até mesmo os hospédes passam a ser mais educados neste ambiente. Há cozinha, o que é muito bom, já que à noite você pode cozinhar a refeição que te agrada mais, o que é mais econômico também. Perto da praia e do centro velho, você pode passear a pé a vontade ou ir até a estação de trem e a de ônibus a pé também e rapidamente. Ambiente do café da manhã agradável, limpo, café da manhã simples, mas limpo e fresco. Internet no local é mais cara que em lan houses, mas é tranquilo. Lavadora no local por preço bom, apesar do sabão não ser lá essas coisas e a máquina um pouco demorada, mas a roupa fica bem. Há um jardim em frente, crianças vão gostar.

KItchen was clean. There were a lot of items to cook. Confortable. We can meet a many people and sey hallo in cafe teria and entrance.

I have stayed here 2x recently. Unfortunately there is a strong smell of urine on the 1st level landing. Its very off putting. I think the old marble must retain smells like this but the staff should try harder to remove the odor.

I did not like the fact that we had to pay 15 euro for the HI membership card just for one night's stay!

I would definately stay here again when in Nice. The bedrooms are clean and there is a shower in the room. Only downside is only 1 power point in the room for 7 people. The kitchen has all the facilities needed to cook whatever. No lounge or TV, but a good social and drinking area. I met new people to go out with each night! Great location, walking distance to all the best things to do in Nice. Definately worth staying here.
