The bathrooms could have been maintained better. The loud, rap music playing in the common area made it impossible to visit, relax and think.

Friendly & helpful staff ! It's great & perfact for giving us twin-bed private room which especially suitable to couple. location is good as it is close to Metro station.Charged luggage Keeping service provided. Breakfast so far so good lar.Internet service seems a bit expensive. Room-care-taker they don't know English,so can't communicate with them,especially when we want to stay at our own private room to take a rest while I got sick. It's not good to push us out of our room during 10:30-14:00 everyday for room clean-up although we stayed at the same private room for 4-nights long & tell them we no need to clean-up(the bed cover sheet still the same one within these days) service too.

I was not impressed with the Jules Ferry. The staff was not interested in the guests, there is no proper kitchen, the bathrooms/showers are small and not very clean, the rooms were not secure (no security) and had no proper storage space. I actually ended my stay early and moved somewhere else. The hostel is cheap and but I did not consider it good value.

I am angry that you insited it was not your problem that you had a woman in a dormitory booked for me i.e. room 16 x 4 as you wrote on my receipt. I am angry that I had to move and that due to this distress and hassel I am now suffering from a bad back!! I was threatened in this situation and you have not really discussed this incident properly with me. Yopu may call and discuss. 01832 293 646

Very dirty. I've used lots of hostels in the world including that in some capitals. But this one was one of the worst dirtiness.

I will never stay at Jules Ferry again! But I will go back to Paris but Ill stay in a Hotel! Bet I wont have the same bad experience! mouse, spiders, pushy cleaning lady, bad breakfast, wably beds, dirty showers with holes in the wall and condoms on the siling, players at the desk who put the moves on you and a owner who steals and drives drunk! All in all, I hated that place! But Now I see what the value of 112 euros are in Paris! :-P

Toilets were very dirty. When i reached there i wanted to pay my rest of the amount by my credit card ... but it was denied there and when i tried to pay the balance by debit card that was not accepted either.
