The organisation is disgraceful. Everything was fine for four nights. On the fifth evening, I came back to the hostel late to find that my paid-for bed had been allocated to another person. I had to argue with the family to prove the bed was mine. We had not been allocated any other room keys. So the husband and wife had to share one bed. In the morning, the warden said he had told a member of staff to tell me that I was being moved to another room, but nobody had told me anything. I therefore cancelled my remaining booking and left. Wht a fantastic hostel, very friendly, laid back and what a great location. Cycle storage was excellent this was very important to me as i had been cycling down the loire valley.. (187053)
