|the staff was very rude especially the lady serving the breakfast.
the receptionist made me get a hi hostelling membership for 11 euros. he told this was compulsory for staying in the hostel.
i wouldnt suggest this to anyone. bathroom are not clean and the neighbourhood is very rough. please stay away from this hostel. |
|There are no electricity and Wi-fi connection in the room, you have to go to the Lobby for the access. And there are just few plug in the lobby and almost always full. You may have to change the room between your stay because they try to put male and female guest separately which is really unconvinience. The location is really far from the tourist point, you may need 1 hour and half of return time everyday.|
|Not in the city center but close to a metro station, you can get to the Louvre area in around 20 min. Showers didn't provide hot water for one day. The best thing is the private car parking that you can use for free, although be aware that it has just 3-4 parking places. Breakfast is fine, full buffet. Rooms are quite clean. No common kitchen, but there are supermarkets and night shops in the area.|
|No socket to electric charge in room.
Sluggish respond in refund affair.
Poor English staff.
Overal, service quality is quite poor comparing to other YH in Europe.
|While I appreciated the staff's help and the overall cleanliness of the room and common areas, the mattress was so thin and the beds were awful. There was no storage area other than behind the front desk, which was rather inconvenient. I also had difficulty locating the hostel and signage near the metro station or better direction would greatly help.|
|It is a great hostel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean, including bathrooms. Rooms are small, but it doesn't really matter. If you are traveling as a couple, make sure to comunicate it to the hostel, because their rooms are female or male. The staff was so nice to put us up in a private room for the same price in order not to separate us. The hostel is located 2 minutes from the metro. The neigbourhood is somewhat rough, but we had good experience. |
|If you look at the name you would look for that when in fact the name is FUJA. The directions ended at a subway and if a nice local person had not helped me I never would have found it.
The WiFi only worked in the common area. I would not stay here again.|
|There were two specific staff members, both males, who made a great impression on our stay. The first who checked us in, was wonderful. Helpful, kind and accommodating. The second checked us out the next day; he was rude, unhelpful and contradicted information given to us by the first gentleman. Not only did he refuse to reset the internet router at my request (android tablets occasionally require a reset to connect), but he said that they had no where to store our bags when the previous gentleman said we could use the lockers. When I brought it up, he said that I was mistaken. I was pretty shocked, but he genuinely did not want to be bothered. |
|room is a little small for 4 persons but i have understood that reception dont put more 3 persons, i have been alone|
