The bathrooms are really dirty, at the last night there were men sleeping in my room (and when I arrived they told me that the rooms were female or male), the lockers are payed for each 24 hours (at all other hostels that I went it was free), the directions at the site of hihostel are incompleted and because of that I went to Mosson (a dangerous region of MOntpellier) with a computer and a great camera at 9p.m and alone, there aren't any really visible board in front of the hostel and because of that it was a little dificullty to find it!

expected me to be out of be for breakfast by 9am expected me to be out of my room for 10am expected me to be out of the hostel with NO ACCESS between midday and 3pm on top of this there was a sign put up all the time at the reception saying that they were closed for 15mins and not to disturb them. what a joke! the girl with short hair acted like we were all pissing her off. the american girl was lovely. No kitchen facilities whatsoever if you did miss breakfast wifi was broken the whole time for everyone. bathrooms were mouldy and stank. one toilet was flooded the other had no light in the girls toilet. one bathroom for both floors. rooms had only squeaky bunks. my final leaving day i was told i had to LEAVE by 9.30am as they were expecting a group later that night!!!!!! utterly rubbish - no choice, the only hostel please open another one!!!!!!!!!

Staff is unfriendly and impatient. Bathrooms are extremely dirty. Hostel is horrible. I always stay in hostels around the world and that is definitely the worst I've seen.

The showers were quite unpleasant and the toilets weren't very nice. The lock out hours (between 10 and 3) were really annoying, but it was good that breakfast was provided and the location really is great.

The staff wasn't friendly at all. When I didn't understand how to use the locker (I needed an extra coin provided by the staff) this staff member snapped at me. There were some guys who didn't stay at the hostel but they were hanging around the entrance and took showers at the hostel. They seemed to be friends of one of the staff members.

This was the worst hostel I have stayed in - the rooms and bathrooms were VERY dirty, several people had things stolen from them during the 3 days I was there, the staff were very unfriendly and unhelpful. I would NOT RECOMMEND this hostel. Unfortunately, there are few good alternatives for budget accomodation in Montpellier.

I have commented on my experience to your staff member Jean-Marc Bancelin who seemed to be asking what my DEMAND was!! As a matter of courtesy I would like to make my comments. The stay was terrible
