The location was absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of the medieval city. Step outside, and there's the Trencavel chateau!

I think it is not adequate that there is no access in the rooms between 10:00 and 15:00 o'clock. After all, we are paying for a place to stay, and during half of the day we cannot enter it. There also is not WiFi connection as it said in the description. I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The location is the best one could imagine.

Excellent location right in the heart of la cité, one of the best hostels I stayed in, the only problem I had was with the pillows. Friendly and informative staff and a really nice atmosphere.

I loved this place! Close to the old city. Just keep in mind that from the bus station it's about a 25-35 minute walk, the final bit is all uphill. Totally do-able, just something to think about if you have any kind of luggage, it might be worth taking a bus/taxi.

Reception is manned by a brilliant & friendly linguist and top marks for efficiency too. One warning- kitchen staff provides only small teaspoons for breakfast cereal! So bring your own :)
