The cabins were great and there was the added bonus of a free sauna. A really interesting hihostel.

Its an old ship so its small cabins and small beds. But that has its own charm. Kitchen facilities are poorly equiped. Only microwave oven. But with breakfast included its a very good value for money. Hostel response: Hi Robert!Thanks for the review. I'm glad that you enjoyed the atmosphere on board. + Brekfest was second to none - in luggage deposite thehe was no security and everybody can come and take whatever they want - the windows cannot be opened and was dirty - small room Hostel response: Hi Maciej, thank you for your comments. The cabin portholes cannot be opened for security reasons. That's also the reason why the cleaning behind them is more complicated than usual, I'm afraid. Our guests can leave their valuables also to the reception for safe if needed.

A lovely peaceful and quiet hostel with helpful staff. Nice experience to stay in a ship and a very good breakfast. More of a hotel feeling than a hostel. Can rent bikes at the hostel but i wish it was cheaper.

Had a brilliant stay here, was different as its a boat, staff very friendly and helpfull and breakfast was very good. Close to everything, castle, city centre and places to eat.

Excellent quirky place to stay. Easy access to city and port with easy to use public bus system. Only minor problem was the ship is on a bit of a lean which makes drainage in the shower not so good!

I think that soup could be add free. The renting cost for bicycle is too high.

Location is very nice if you want to visit the castle, however it is far to the city center. Staff was very nice and they have a buffet for breakfast. I have never had such a good breakfast in a youth hostel before. The discription about how to get to the hostel is very poor and does not help zou.
