too much noise! Some rules should be established to control young guests in order to respect the others. There are only two showers in each stage, and the bathrooms are very unconrfotable. There were no towels for the weekend.

We were given inaccurate information about the days on which the changing of the guard in front of the Moneda palace takes place, so we missed the ceremony. I myself have seen it before but my wife has not and was a bit disappointed. The football table on the terrace is in a (very) poor state. Best regards and thanks for a pleasant stay (we hope to be back). René Heremans.

One of the biggest problem was the internet acess. During 3 days wi-fi doesn't work and only 3 computers for students was slow or broke.

The hostel was reasonably clean and comfortable but in terms of location, if you´re travelling around by bus, the location of the other hostel is much better. Also, there´s no kitchen.
