The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, beds are very noisy especially when one on the top moves. The room is big but the shower room is way too small, I am pretty skinny and almost couldn't move while showering. Location is excellent and convenient to everywhere. It's just a little bit pricey but overall worth it your money to stay there. (232860)

Really nice place, but no elevators and lots and lots of stairs. Only one toilet and one shower made it a little uncomfortable when you had to go on a schedule, and people taking extra long showers. Some roommates was very noise and inconsidered, others carried a flash light not to disturb the sleeping ones. All in all, it was a great experience. I will use the facility again and again. (232451)

Would be good if the sheets were washed properly as i was covered in bed bug bites! Other than that, the hostel was a great location especially for Old Quebec. It was central to everything. Hostel response: Hi Jessica, We are very concerned and sorry for what happened during your stay in our hostel. We want to inform you that, although it is an unfortunate situation, this is not a question of cleanliness or negligence from our hostel and that bed bugs occur even in 5 stars hotels. Our beddings are very well cleaned and maintained. Plus, our staffs are very well trained on how to deal with that kind of situation and none of them or the managers received complaints from you while you were here. That being said, we will contact you by email to know exactly what happened during your stay and take the proper actions. Excellent Hostel in an Excellent location, however there was a lack of parking in the area, or suggestions of good places to park, would visit again Hostel response: Hourra!!! 100% Thanks for your perfect evaluation! Very popular for understandable reasons so book. Their breakfast is one of the best, by the way. Top value when you get friands or muffins extra. Hostel response: Bonjour! Thank you for your comment. Indeed, it"s important to our cafe"s supervisor to offer a complete and healthy breakfast to travellers. Too often in other hostels breakfasts are neglected.
