Great location. Clean and large Kitchen. Nice heating. I had use the public computer(Minimum $3) in socialize room when I wanted to use printer, even though I had my own laptop. Service could be improved by letting us hook up to their printer and charging per pages or so. Also, bed sheets were nice and clean but for some reason my room stinked a little. I guess it's either ventilation or facility maintenance... or simply the rain. The staff was helpful and friendly, but I wish they dealt with postal stamps at the front counter like the one in Montreal.

I liked the hostel,right in the middle of the city and easy to get around.The staff were very friendly and helpful too.Would highly recommend this hostel to anyone wanting to stay in Toronto.

Fantastic hostel, couldn't get over the friendliness of the staff and how helpful they all were. When I booked in, Rebecca wondered what was bringing me for 11 nights and when I explained I was looking for work, she recommended the 14 night job seeker package. I went for that and loved it here so much have now moved onto 1 month stay for October. The staff really make this place so great, Aiden, Benny, Bram, Rebecca and Josh esp. It's great value for money, espcially given its location in downtown, you're able to walk everywhere! I love the little extras that are dotted about the place like hair dryers in the comunal bathrooms, free pool in the common room, and the sofas are so comfy for surfing the net with the free wi-fi!

The bed was too small! This was a problem throughout the hostel.

Our bunk beds are a standard twin size, however we do have private rooms with double beds if guests wish to spread out a little.
