A really nice, almost new hostel, as good as a lot of the lower-priced hotels. Cannot fault anything, very easy to find from station, excellent facilities etc. Didn`t see much of staff (late arrival), but no doubt very good like everything else.

Room was very hot. The only lockers available were in the reception area and were inaccessible after 23:00 meaning I was without certain things I needed when I had to leave early one morning to get to the event I was attending.

i mistakenly left a travel towel behind in my room after i checked out. i called the hostel staff and let them know. a day later, a staff person emailed me to let me know they'd found it and then they held it for me until my return. also, the free wireless internet is a nice benefit. the hostel in mons was my favorite of 5 or 6 i visited during my time in belgium. thank you.

I got there late,and the reception had already closed.But when I called to the host,he came up to the front quickly and give me a key.I realy thanked him otherwise I had sleep outside.Thank you for your kindness and big help.The breakfast was very good.many kinds of food compare to othere hostels. Thank you.
