| The staff were rude and extremely unfelpful. Not convinced about security of the luggage room as it was out of sight of the reception area and guests helped themselves using a readily avalable key. Breakfast was minimal with may items costing extra. The rooms were lovely, comfortable and clean with good lockers. The social area was not vey comforable and inviting so didn't meet many people while staying there. Moved to another hostel for my final night in Vienna as it was much cheaper and more secure and the staff fabulous. (232975) | |||

| First thing: you need a medium-sized lock. The locker, besides, is VERY small, thin and tall.
Internet doesn't work on the bedroom, only on the lobby. No enough electric outlets there, though.
The hosteling associate card is not required on the internet, so they charge you more than what was agreed on reservation's site when you get there.
They gave me no sheets, and sold me a towel for 3 euros. Hated to sleep with no sheets. At least it was hot that day.
A simple, decent breakfast for the price.
