| The hostel is so called for namesake... the experience was like a 3 star hotel... Very comfortable... lovely and wide choices for breakfast... great location to go anywhere in the city... everything was perfect... i have yet to see another hostel with such services. (231769) | |||

| The reception & communal areas were extremely clean and well presented. The toilets however always smelt unclean and were obviously not cleaned thoroughly daily as mess was left for several days. The shower facilities were also not up to standard - the water came out of taps on the wall, with no shower head at all. There was nowhere to put clothes/towels while showering. (230814) | |||

| I really enjoyed my stay in Salzburg. The HI staff were very helpful, and the accomodation was comfortable. I actually got a single room for the price of a dorm room, as I was the only guest in the room! I imagine, though, that it would be less comfortable in summer season, if the 8-bed dorms are full. | staff efficiency is super low especially during check-in time. it took me half an hour to check in, although i am the only person to check in during that time. on top of that, the staff ACCIDENTALLY charge me extra 5 euro for a single night. once i realised, she just said:: oh..sorry , is my fault. i feel like i being cheated if i dun realised it at all. secondly, the room got a weired smell. like the room not being use for a long time. like the window never been open. 3rd, the toilet and bath room is only ok.... not very clean.
