Nice place to stay in BA. They have a free shuttle from the airport.

Good hostel with a pretty good breakfast - fruit, bread, cereal, yoghurt. could use a couple more computers. Did not get free pickup from airport, costs 45 pesos. you have to book 72hrs in advance for that which was not easily found on the website or hostelworld. That should be made clearer.

I arrived and they had no knowledge of my booking. i deserve a refund from hihosetel.com. i did not respond to the email to reconfirm the booking. so i lost my deposit money and i had to find a different place to stay that night. i do acknowledge that the email says to to reconfirm, however, that statement should be much more prominently displayed on the webpage, as well as the email. i think it should be a caution ie "You do not yet have a booking, only when you confirm do you have a booking". it is normal to think that once you have paid a deposit then your booking is confirmed. that is how all other travel websites work. it is also unfair that you take a deposit, before the booking is even confirmed. i deserve a refund from hihostel.com regards

make sure you confirm your booking - we forgot and arrived and our room had been cancelled! they did find us an alternative hostel for a couple of nights though. Showers were nice and warm, staff friendly and plenty of inernet access

I never got to stay at this hostel. I made my reservation two weeks in advance and reconfirmed it 24 hours in advance. But they were expecting me to reconfirm my reservation right after I had made it and they dropped it (without letting me know) . The system doesn´t make much sense to me, but I still am responsible for not having carefully read their message.

Tophostel with good service. Our double room was nice and the bathroom was cleaned very often. Only the neighboorhood is not the most attractive. Though it´s very central, it´s just not as charming as B.A.´s Palermo or San Telmo.

I scored only Good on efficiency services since my parents called several times to the Hostel and nobody told me o left me a message that they called. I think this is part of the service too.

Quite simply the best hostel i have ever stayed in. If i had to offer up anything for constructive criticism the ONLY thinkg i would say is that the door outside closes quite loudly and can be heard throughout the hostel. Nit picking of the highest order though. This place is amazing!

I waited 3 hours at the airport for the free shuttle bus tp pick me up but never did so I had to take a cab into town, was then ignored for about 15 minutes at the hostel front desk and received no apology nor explanation as to why there was no shuttle.
