Ich war nur eine Nacht in diesem Hostel und bin dann in eine hotel umgezogen. Ich war im Jahr zuvor in Peking, das war 1a., aber das in Shanghai liess an allen Ecken zu wünschen übrig.

The staffs were polite and willing to accommodate my needs; however, the environment is NOT CLEAN! I was infected with Athlete's foot (Tinea pedis) right in this hostel!!! There were many roommates hanging their wet clothing inside the crowded room even during sunny days, and I wasn’t enjoy looking at their under wears. The bathroom was awful that it was hardly to be clean. The pantry, laundry room, and other facilities are not primarily provided for quests but the hostel’s family & staffs.

Good: -The staff are friendly and readily helpful. -The small courtyard with many plants is good to sit in and chat or use the computer. -They clean the courtyard and common spaces often (I was up at 5, and everything clean by 6). -very cute puppies Bad: -The hostel is very far away from most things. It's at the back of an alley, and I was a little afraid coming back at night. -I booked a 4 person room. I got there and there were 6 beds. -I talked to the staff who said "Yes, but only 4 people are allowed there." But then 2 days later, more girls came and there were 6 people. They gave me some money back, but it was annoying. -The air conditioner didn't work for 5 days (I stayed for 7).
