There wasn't much available for young people travelling alone - no suggestions of night life or how to meet people or anything. It seems maybe this hostel is designed entirely for school groups. Also, some warning about dinner would've been nice. Arriving at night only to find dinner must be booked before 16.00 is not very practical. Perhaps mention this on the booking page.

Have some problem. I paid by menbership card. But in the hostels reception they said that my payment already comes with the site discount. I feel cheated because I bought a product that in practice give me the same discount of who don't paid for membership card. I had this problem in Prague and Krakow. I've not received any discount yet. Sorry, my english no good... Thanks

The security in shared rooms need to be improved. I really don't feel safe staying in your hostels. The staff seems pretty shady in turns of how they do room assignments. In the end, justice will prevail.
