To get to this particular hostel on this island, people usually travel by train and then on foot through a town and then by boat and then up, uphill. On the day we came, it was raining. We had walked in rain with our packs twice that day. 6:00 is too late a check-in time for this hostel! It still angers me when I think of arriving there and being locked out! Otherwise it was fine.
