| The location was too far from downtown, especially when carrying one's luggage. The lockout time was horrible, the 10:00-5:00pm is not done anywhere in the world, whether HI's or hotels. Please change this rule.

| Arles is a nice town; the hostel is clean and not so far from the centre and the staff is friendly. A negative point is that the hostel is really closed between 10 am and 5 pm, so if you forget anything you will have to wait till 5 pm. During my stay I was soaking wet at 11 pm due to heavy rain and I could not get into the hosel for dry clothes. (223003) | |||

Good lockers on landing with key provided, spacious for rucksacks.However, there was a strict lockout policy between 10am to 5pm, which was a shock, and front doors are locked and staff off premises at midnight.Breakfast included, but also very strictly before 9am. Nowhere to chill, nice outside seating area, bar available - need to find the receptionist to serve you, only cans available. No members kitchen. (217048) | |||

Screens in the windows are either full of holes or broken, which turned out to be a huge problem in Arles in August, when the mosquitoes are in peak season. (213235) | |||
